Fresh Hospitality Snaps Up Germantown Restaurant Site

Placeholder

Fresh Hospitality, known for its 18 restaurant brands in Nashville — including Biscuit Love, The Grilled Cheeserie and Cochon Butcher — acquired 1239 Sixth Ave N in Germantown for $1.5M, reports the Nashville Post. Until the end of 2016, the building was the location of the Mad Platter, so the space is more-or-less restaurant ready. Fresh Hospitality has not hinted at which of its concepts might go there.

That's just the latest for the company in the area. Fresh Hospitality is in the midst of renovating the Southern Broom and Mop Building at 1300 Third Ave N in Germantown. That space will be a new restaurant from City House sous chef Aaron Clemins. [NP]
