Vacant 100 Oaks-Area Warehouse To Become Office Space

Placeholder

An entity tied to businessman Joseph Moore paid $7M for the vacant warehouse at 2934 Sidco Drive, in the 100 Oaks area, which will be redeveloped into office and retail space. Paddywax Inc, a candle company controlled by the buyer, will move its HQ from Franklin into 10k SF of office space at the project, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

The seller was Horrell Properties. The property will be renamed the Oak Barrel building, due to its curved roof. An additional 30k SF at the corner of Sidco Drive and Fontana Avenue will be available for lease. Creed Investment Co is doing the conversion of the space. Snipe Properties will handle the leasing and property management. [NBJ]
