The Tennessee Medical Association acquired 701 Bradford Ave off Eighth Avenue S, which will be the organization's HQ after it relocates this summer from 21st Avenue S, where it's been for 25 years. The Tennessee Voices for Children Inc was the seller of the near-10k SF Berry Hill building. It will relocate to 500 Professional Park Drive in Goodlettsville.

TMA CEO Russ Miller told the Tennessean that Berry Hill is a "very up-and-coming place," and the organization's glad to be part of it. The property traded for $2.45M. Robby Davis of Cushman & Wakefield Nashville repped the TMA, while Colliers' Chad Poff repped Tennessee Voices for Children. [Tennessean]
