Placeholder

Newport Beach, CA-based Emerald Real Estate Partners is the latest out-of-town investor to buy for the first time in Nashville, paying more than $58M for Cool Springs Commons in Brentwood. The 300k SF property is fully occupied, with Community Health Systems occupying about two-thirds of the building, the Tennessean reports. Windsor Health Group is also a tenant.

Perry Gooch and Robby Davis of Cushman & Wakefield repped the sellers, individual tenant-in-common investors sponsored by commercial real estate asset management firm Allegiancy. [Tennessean]
