Qualifacts Systems Inks 25k SF Lease In UBS Tower

The Nashville-based tech company Qualifacts Systems is leasing two floors of the 602k SF UBS Tower Downtown, or about 25k SF. The move will accommodate the company as it expands. It expects to hire as many as 50 new employees by the end of this year, the Nashville Business Journal reports. Qualifacts will move in next year.

The deal is part of a resurgence for the property. The '70s-vintage tower, which is at 315 Deaderick St, was nearly empty three years ago when a group of investors bought it. Now, it's attractive for its large blocks of space, which are increasingly rare Downtown, and so the building is filling. Cushman & Wakefield's Robby Davis and Rob Lowe repped the landlord, while Eakin Partners' Dan Bauchiero repped Qualifacts. [NBJ]
