The music label BMG inked a lease for about 25K SF at 1 Music Circle South, a project planned for Music Row by Panattoni Development Co. Work on the development, involving the demolition of a building on-site, is slated to begin in late June.

BMG will occupy at least the entire fifth floor of the building, which is slated for completion in Q2 2019 and will total 108K SF. The move into the new structure will represent the consolidation of Nashville offices and the relocation of BBR Music Group employees, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

BMG acquired BBR, and its labels Broken Bow Records, Stoney Creek Records, Red Bow Records and Wheelhouse Records, earlier this year. The new BMG office space will include songwriter/recording rooms and performance spaces, a collaborative floor plan, A/V meeting spaces and conference rooms, and a large communal outside area and terrace for live events.

Colliers International's Doug Ryan repped Panattoni. Cushman & Wakefield's Crews Johnston III repped BMG.
