Antioch Restaurant To Make Way For MOB

Placeholder

As a mark of the increasing demand for medical office space, Nashville-based Oldacre McDonald acquired the 1.15-acre site at 5304 Cane Ridge Road in Antioch, with plans to develop a new MOB and retail building on the site soon after Shoney's lease expires at the end of this year. A CareSpot urgent care clinic and a Starbucks Coffee will be the tenants of the 7k SF building, the Tennessean reports.

The planned clinic would be TriStar Health's latest expansion in Antioch. The company, which runs HCA's local hospitals, recently opened a TriStar Medical Group primary care office at The Crossings in Antioch. 5304 Cane Ridge Road also happens to be a gateway property to the Century Farms mixed-use development that Oldacre McDonald and Atlanta-based TPA Group plan on 300-plus acres nearby.
