Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners broke ground on Crescent Bellevue Place, a 337-unit garden-style apartment on the northeast parcel of One Bellevue PlaceCrosland Southeast's master planned community on ground formerly held by the Bellevue Mall. Crescent SVP Ben Collins characterizes Crescent Bellevue Place as the "backyard in Nashville’s backyard. It will be a place where residents can either recharge among abundant greenspaces, or commune with others in an urban setting.”

The property will also feature both a dedicated natural play area and a planned play area, both of which will be landscaped. In addition to Crescent Bellevue Place, the master planned community will include 350k SF of retail and 300k SF of office space.
