Downtown Nashville Property Doubles In Price Since 2014

The recent sale of the 9,400 SF building at 327-329 Union St. in Nashville is not the largest investment deal in the city, but it is telling about how hot the investment market is.

Elite Wireless just paid $2.7M for the two-story structure, with plans to relocate its HQ to the building. The sale price was about double what seller Scott Nieboer paid only two and a half years ago, the Tennessean reports.

An AT&T authorized retailer, Elite Wireless sells the telecom giant's products at stores and kiosks, with 12 locations in Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina. The company has plans to add more stores in the next two years. The Loch Co.'s Tom Lochbihler, who brokered the latest sale of 327-329 Union St., called Union Street the next Downtown Nashville hot spot.
