HCA To Expand Park Plaza Campus

HCA is planning an expansion of its Centennial Park-area facility. The project includes a new four-level garage with about 550 parking spaces, as well as a 14.5k SF addition to Building 4 of its Park Plaza campus. The work on Building 4 will be similar to what HCA has done for other buildings on the campus, the Nashville Post reports.

Locally based Collaborative Studio is handling design for both parts of the project. Site work has begun, with construction to begin later this year. The garage will be complete next year; the changes to Building 4 in 2018. Nashville-based HCA manages 168 hospitals and 116 freestanding surgery centers in the US and the UK. [NP]
