Finishing Touches Being Put On Fourth & Traction

Hudson Pacific Properties' Fourth & Traction development is almost complete.

The rehab of the former Coca-Cola Building in the Arts District includes converting the interior to new office space.

The project includes a new parking garage for 300 vehicles and 130K SF of rentable office and retail space in the three-story building, Urbanize LA reports.

HLW International LLP is the architect. 

A restaurant will be on the building's rooftop.

Fourth & Traction is near Fairfield Residential and Legendary Development's 950 East Third St., a $215M mixed-use property.
