LA Out of Olympic Race

LA losing out to Boston for the 2024 Summer Olympic bid could have a major impact on the commercial real estate community. The loss could put a damper on big developments in the pipeline, including work on revitalizing the LA River (which has already run into problems). In addition, there were plans for a rail connection to LAX and revamping of the Coliseum, which now may fall to the proverbial back-burner.
