Possible Residential Complex Proposed Near Barnsdall Park

Placeholder

A six-story mixed-use project called Olive Hill, is being proposed for East Hollywood near Barnsdall Park.

Renderings from the LA City Planning Commission show the development would have an amenity deck on the roof and be built on a 1.6-acre site at 4900 Hollywood Blvd.

Cen Fed LTD is the developer, and Bermello Ajamil & Partners and Roschen Van Cleve Architects are behind the project's design, according to Urbanize LA.

There would be 200 apartments, almost 14k SF of retail on the ground floor and around 23k SF for common amenities. Forty of the units would be set aside for lower-income families.

It is not clear when the development would be built if approved. [ULA]
