Plans have been filed with the City of LA to build a new hotel at 1717 North Wilcox Ave in Hollywood near the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

It would have 134 guest rooms, a 2,500 SF restaurant on the ground level and a rooftop bar.

Adolfo Suaya has filed plans for the proposed development with the LA Department of City Planning.

The filing shows there would need to be a zoning change and site plan review as well as other approvals for the project, according to Urbanize LA.

It is not yet known when the development would be completed. The hotel would join a host of other hotels slated to come to Hollywood, including the Dream Hotel Hollywood and the Argyle Hotel. [ULA]
