PE Investor Flips Madonna's Former Beverly Hills Mansion for $27M

Los Angeles

Just two years after Madonna sold her Sunset Boulevard mansion to a private equity investor for $19.5M, it's been sold in a surprising flip for $27M. When the singer sold the mansion in 2013, it was well below original asking and after about a year and a half on the market.

It's unclear if anything has actually been done to the place to warrant such a price hike, but it doesn't really matter, because the 1.17-acre estate is sheer perfection. The 9BR/15BA pad has a two-story dining room, a full-size screening room, a resort-style pool, two guest houses, a tennis court, a volleyball net, a gym, two offices and two assistant's offices.
