The California Resources Board is evaluating locations to build a new $200M, 300k SF vehicle emissions testing center in Southern California. Roy Reel at Harley Ellis Devereaux tells us the firm was just chosen as the master architect for the project, which is expected to be a LEED Platinum Net Zero Energy facility.

The six-building campus development, which is to be on a roughly 14-acre site, is anticipated to be a world authority on vehicle emissions research and will include testing, chemistry labs and admin offices.
