A Look At The Under-Construction Soho Warehouse

Soho Warehouse has released new details about the project south of Seventh Street. It joins other projects coming to the Arts District.

Soho Warehouse is a branch of the Soho House, which is a members-only club. The dues start at $1k/year and can go up to $2,800, according to Curbed.

The building will have a rooftop swimming pool, a bar and an observation deck with a lounge. There will be guest rooms for members, a restaurant, a screening room, a club and a spa.

The Soho Warehouse is scheduled to open by late spring 2017. [Curbed]
