WeWork, the world’s largest shared-workspace startup, has halted talks to lease space in London’s Canary Wharf financial district, according to Bloomberg.

The company reportedly planned to lease 45k SF at 7 Westferry Circus as well as space at a building to be delivered in the new phase of Canary Wharf.

WeWork told Bloomberg it still plans to increase its presence in London, its second-largest market. Brexit was not the main factor behind the decision to drop out of this project. [Bloomberg]
