London-based family club operator OurHouse, formerly Little Houses Group, has secured funding from Blackstone to invest more than £100M into its existing estate and expansion, including three new sites.

The company plans to open new locations in East Sheen, Clapham and Chiswick next year, subject to planning approval, after confirmation of a second round of backing from real estate funds managed by Blackstone, which first invested in the company in April 2025.

"Our vision from the start has been simple, to create spaces where families feel at home," OurHouse founder Charlie Gardiner said in a statement. "We blend childcare, leisure and lifestyle to make everyday life easier, bringing under-used commercial spaces back to life as vibrant hubs local families can rely on and feel proud to belong too."

The company, which launched in 2022, operates Jaego’s House in Kensal Rise and Jesse’s House in Parsons Green.

Each new site will be developed within existing buildings, named after Gardiner’s children. The new clubs will be known as Orly’s House in East Sheen, Olive’s House in Chiswick, and Leo’s House in Clapham.

The members club is focused on London expansion but said it was also "assessing opportunities beyond the capital, targeting locations with strong residential fundamentals, where our model can deliver a positive impact."

The clubs are designed to save parents from childcare juggling, as they can work and work out while their children are entertained. Facilities include workspaces, restaurants, gyms, jungle gyms, soft play areas and swimming pools, plus a children's cinema and holiday camps.

"In OurHouse we see a compelling, experience-led leisure concept, led by founder Charlie, CEO Nick Crosthwaite, and an exceptionally strong management team that have driven and continue to drive its success," Blackstone Head of European Real Estate James Seppala said. "Leisure is a high conviction theme for us and we look forward to a long-term partnership."

Blackstone also counts Haven Holidays owner Bourne Leisure and theme park group Merlin Entertainments among its UK leisure portfolio.
