Houston's Growing Brewery Scene

Houston's brewery scene has been steadily picking up for years and it's not slowing down—the Brewers Association is tracking 17 breweries in planning, according to the Houston Business Journal. The next big opening is SpindleTap, which is opening in November, and everyone's got their eye on St. Arnold's, which has a whole slew of developments (dubbed St. Arnoldville) planned around its existing brewery over the next five years. Pictured is Karbach Brewery, which underwent a $15M expansion last year. That project, like so many other brewery developments around town, was designed by Three Square Design Group.
