Top Industrial Broker: SVP Tom Lynch
Total 2014 Production: 75 transactions

Tom says no one deal from last year stands out, but one thing was noteworthy—the pricing he achieved on so many of them. He says the exciting year capped off a string of four particularly incredible years. Tom has six kids, and says most of his time outside of work is spent coaching the sports they’re involved in, and rooting for them in competition.

Top Office Broker: Doug Elliott
Total 2014 Production: 20 transactions totaling 550k SF and $193M

Doug’s biggest deal last year was the relocation of Air Liquide Americas’ HQ to Memorial City. It involved the construction of two buildings (one for its engineering group and one for its corporate HQ). Here’s Doug with his wife, Colleen, and twin sons Connor and Patrick—not pictured is his daughter Frances, who works in CBRE’s property marketing center here in Houston. Besides family time, Doug loves playing golf and tennis.

Top Office Broker: EVP/co-branch manager Mark Russell
Total 2014 Production: 23 transactions totaling 400k SF

Mark’s favorite deal was moving Harland Clark’s HQ to La Cantera Parkway in San Antonio, a 129k SF lease. Here in Houston, he helped HFF restructure its 39k SF lease in Greenway Plaza early, and had some nice Downtown deals, like locking in a 34k SF sublease for Indigo Minerals at 600 Travis and restructuring GenOn Energy Sevices’ 29k SF lease at 1000 Main. When he’s not in the office, you might check the water—Mark (pictured here with son Travis) is into boating.

Top Office Broker: managing director Wade Bowlin
Total 2014 Production: 69 transactions totaling $321M

Wade’s most notable deal of the year was helping Sanchez Oil & Gas with its lease in 1000 Main. He originally inked 72k SF for the firm, but before moving in, it realized it needed more space. Wade secured an additional 16k SF, bringing it to 88k SF in the Downtown tower. Outside of work, Wade loves golf and a good poker game. Here's Wade with his daughter Abby, wife Jennifer, sons Jace, Dax and Kane, and dog Rufus.
