Trammell Crow Breaks Ground on One Grand Crossing

West Houston's getting more Class-A office--Trammell Crow and Prudential Real Estate Investors are teaming up to build One Grand Crossing, a 172k SF property. The eight-acre site is in Grand Crossing, a 124-acre mixed-use project at the Grand Parkway and I-10. Construction has begun, and tenants can take occupancy in Q4 '15. The slip-H tilt-wall property has two separate 28k SF floor plates and 60% vision glass. The team (including Powers Brown and Rosenberger Construction) are going in for LEED Silver. Cadence Bank provided financing, and CBRE's Bonnie Kelley and Dave Hanusa are handling leasing.
