Enclave Place will be 11 stories on 4.7 acres adjacent to Piedmont’s 1430 Enclave Pkwy. It was designed by Gensler and is being constructed by Tellepsen. PMRG is the project manager. The building will deliver in June 2015 and will qualify for LEED Silver.
