780k SF Coming to Grand Parkway

InSite Realty and Urban Construction Southwest are in the dirt with Phase 1 of Grandway West, a 56-acre office development in Katy. Transwestern EVP Eric Anderson, SVP Paul Wittorf, and associate broker Parker Burkett (pictured, Parker and Paul) are leasing the property—five buildings totaling 780k SF, and say the first 84k SF building is already 40% pre-leased. (It’ll deliver in December.)

Grandway sits one mile west of I-10 on the Grand Parkway, and Paul says the team hopes to benefit from a highly competitive price compared to other nearby new development. He tells us prospects have also been drawn to the outstanding access. Will the Grand Parkway be the new big office corridor? Paul says the continued residential growth to the west and northwest ensures this will be an increasingly compelling location for office users over the next few years.
