Wulfe & Co. is planning a 40k SF mixed-use project at the entrance of the East Shore neighborhood in The Woodlands.

The Houston-based real estate giant has been holding 3.4 acres at Grogan’s Mill Road near the intersection of Woodlands Parkway, the Houston Business Journal reports. Plans call for a two-story development, East Shore Place, which will include over 17k SF of retail on level one and 23k SF of Class-A office on level two. Construction is slated to begin early next year.

This is the latest project in what has been a busy year for Wulfe & Co. It recently opened the 2015 Landmark Award-winning, 284k SF Blvd Place Phase II in the Galleria area, which includes 160k SF of retail and 124k SF of offices. Wulfe & Co. is also working with Houston’s Griffin Partners on a major facelift for the area surrounding the George R. Brown Convention Center
