Dave & Buster's, the popular Dallas-based entertainment food and beverage venue, is opening a new location at Metropark Square near The Woodlands. The entertainment destination is scheduled to open in February 2019. Dave & Buster’s will occupy approximately 40K SF of the 175K SF entertainment and dining destination just north of The Woodlands along Interstate 45.

The Retail Connection's David Fazio, Steve Lieberman and Jonathan Probst, along with MetroCommercial's Steve Niggeman, represented Dave & Buster's. The Retail Connection's Steve Greenberg represented the landlord. Dave & Buster’s will be joining a 41K SF, 10-screen AMC Theatre with IMAX. When complete, the development will feature restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, hotels and multifamily housing, wrapped around a central green space area that will include a pavilion, a fountain and outdoor event space.
