Kirby Collection Lands First Tenant

Pinstripes, the popular dining and entertainment venue, has leased 34k SF at Kirby Collection, making it the first retail lease at the highly anticipated mixed-use development in Houston's up-and-coming Upper Kirby area.

The venue will feature a variety of activities, including bowling, bocce and outdoor fire pits, as well as a bistro serving Italian and American cuisine. Pinstripes has additional locations in Illinois, Minnesota and Washington, DC, with new venues opening soon in Dallas and Nashville.

Kirby Collection is a 1M SF mixed-use luxury project with two levels of prime retail space totaling 65k SF. The development also features a 25-story, 385k SF residential tower with 199 apartments, and a 13-story, 210k SF Class-A office building. The project is scheduled to open in Q4.
