New details about the residential portion of the Kirby Collection have come to light. The $125M luxury mixed-use project in Upper Kirby will include townhomes, garden lofts, apartments and penthouses. The development will include seven townhomes, which will average 1,800 SF and feature concrete floors, high ceilings and open floor plans.

The Kirby Collection’s 180 apartments will range from 1k to 1,800 SF and feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls, balconies, walk in-closets, and European-style kitchens with central islands, according to the Houston Business Journal.

Garden lofts come with outdoor bars and grills, and range from 1,700 to 3k SF. Kirby Collection penthouses will be between 1,900 SF and 3k SF, and offer double master suites.

The concrete mat foundation for the residential tower was poured in December.

The development will feature two levels of office and retail space when it opens in Q4 2017. CBRE is handling the office leasing.

New York-based Thor Equities is developing the project.  [HBJ]
