Halberdier Lines Up Next Exxon-Proximate Development

The H Real Estate/Halberdier Holdings purchased 20 acres at the entrance to Toll Brothers’ new master planned community on FM 2978. Principal Trey Halberdier says his firm will build a mixed-use project there with over 1,000 feet of frontage on the widening FM 2978. It'll include 123k SF of retail and a 79k SF MOB; he plans to break ground next month. The H now has over $200M in working assets in The Woodlands/Exxon/Magnolia area.
