Chrevon put two pieces of Houston real estate up for sale; the company's Bellaire campus at 4800 Fournace and 103 acres off the Grand Parkway it picked up in 2014. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing both properties, according to Realty News Report. A 10-story building sits on the 28-acre Bellaire campus. The 900 employees working there will relocate to the company's Downtown office by the end of 2017. Chevron never did anything with the land it acquired in West Houston. Though Chevron is consolidating in the area, as many oil and gas companies are, a company spokesman assured employees of the company's commitment to Houston. [RNR]
