Whole Sol Blend Bar Is Leasing 1,300 Sf Of Ground-Level Retail Space At Lakehouse

Whole Sol Blend Bar is the first retail tenant to sign a lease at NAVA Real Estate Development’s Lakehouse on Sloan’s Lake condominium development.

Whole Sol Blend Bar will occupy about 1,300 SF at street level.

“NAVA is partnering with businesses that will help our Lakehouse residents achieve their health and wellness goals,” NAVA co-founder and President Brian Levitt said in a statement.

Lakehouse, a 196-unit, 12-story tower on West 17th Avenue less than 3 miles from downtown, is part of the master-planned Sloans neighborhood. NAVA plans to pursue WELL Building certification for the building. WELL Building is the international standard to integrate health and wellness into the design, construction and operations of buildings to optimize the health of residents and their guests.

Whole Sol Blend Bar was founded by the husband-wife team of Phil Dumontet and Alexa Squillaro, who purchased a row home in Lakehouse.

Whole Sol Blend Bar offers smoothies with flavors such as Orange Creamcicle, the PB&J and Mango Pina Colada. The menu also features cold-pressed juices and toasts with toppings such as beets and toasted hazelnuts and white truffle avocado toast.

“Alexa and I chose Lakehouse not only as our home but as a place to grow our business because we share the community’s commitment to holistic health,” Dumontet said in a statement.
