Seattle Investor Plans $10M Remake for Denver Club Bldg
Seattle-based Unico Properties acquired the Denver Club Building at 518 17th St for $30M and plans to improve the property to the tune of $10M. The 231k SF building, which was built in the 1950s on the site of a mansion known as the Denver Club, is 82% leased. The new owner will make improvements to both common areas and tenant spaces, the Denver Business Journal reports. It plans to maintain the structure's historic character. [DBJ]
