Google to Consolidate Boulder Locations

Denver Office

Google wants to centralize its employees in Boulder, who are now in three separate buildings, into a single property at 30th and Pearl streets, the Denver Business Journal reports. The move would mean the redevelopment of five structures at the site into a 330k SF Class-A office property composed of three buildings. Construction might start as soon as Q3 2015, with the move made in 2017, the DBJ says. The new property would accommodate as many as 1,500 employees (or more, if Google grows more locally).
