Akron, Ohio-based Summit Management paid $72M for Elements at Prairie Center, a 288-unit apartment community at 3128 Eagle Blvd. in Brighton.

The geothermal-powered apartment community is in the path of growth capitalizing on the expansion of Denver’s airport corridor, CBRE Executive Vice President David Potarf said.

Potarf, Dan Woodward and Matthew Barnett represented the developer and seller in a partnership between Littleton-based C&A Cos. and Delaware-based Commonwealth Group.

Elements at Prairie Center, developed in 2018, is the second 100% geothermal apartment community the partnership has developed in the Brighton area. The property has one-, two- and three-bedroom units totaling 264,579 rentable square feet on 15 acres. Amenities include a resort-style outdoor pool, off-leash dog park and fitness center.

Elements at Prairie Center is within walking distance of Prairie Center. Tenants at Prairie Center include Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Chick-fil-A and Buffalo Wild Wings. It also is just across Interstate 76 from Barr Lake and Barr Lake State Park.
