Denver is one of the top places to start a career, according to WalletHub: No. 4, in fact. The company used 19 metrics to determine the relative strength of local job markets for young workers, as well as the attractiveness of their social scenes and other factors important to job market entrants. Ranking high on the list is no small thing for real estate markets: cities that can attract talented young workers will have a leg up in apartment and office absorption.
