Boulder Office Refinanced For Nearly $30M

Nearly $30M in construction financing has been arranged for a 69K SF office building in Boulder. 

Called S’PARK Railyards, it is located at 3401 Bluff St. and is slated for a March 2021 completion. It is being developed by The John Buck Co., Kinship Capital and Element Properties.

Railyard is an office building that is under construction in Boulder.

The loan was secured through Wintrust Financial Corp. and was arranged by JLL Capital Markets

S’PARK is a master-planned community in Boulder. Upon completion, it will have 288 multifamily units, over 106K SF of office space and over 31K SF of ground-floor retail. 

The Railyards office building will be four-stories with ground-floor retail space. It is currently 92.4% preleased.

Boulder is a popular office market. According to the Boulder Economic Council, it has the most educated workforce in the nation.
