Taxes For Charter Research Lab

Denver

It's not much of a secret anymore, but last night the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade approved a measure to grant Charter Communications more than $800k in tax incentives to produce new jobs for the region. "The new lab would be for our engineering and technical teams to have a more expansive place and space in which to work," says Charter's Anita Lamont. Charter is apparently considering developing a $25M, 80k SF research lab in South Denver, according to reports.
