Transwestern continues to broker in the multifamily game this week with the sale of Royal Manor Apartments, a 91-unit complex in Englewood for $5.5M. The buyer was Woodspear Properties. Transwesterns Steven Rahe and Tom Wanberg brokered for the seller, Newcastle Properties Group.
