CHERRY CREEK OFFICE WON'T SELL AFTER REO
The lender that now owns Cherry Creek Business Center—which houses the offices of D enver Public Schools—has decided to hold on to the asset until further leasing is accomplished.

Trepp reports that the 141k SF flex property went back to Wells Fargo in September over an $11M loan. LNR Partners was the special servicer but could not be reached for comment. This is the latest REO in Denver that Trepp has been tracking (among more than $200M in struggling CMBS assets here), capped by the massive Marketplace at Northglenn we reported last week. Joining the public school system at the 66%-occupied center is the offices for Highline Academy.
