Alliance Inks Denver Warehouse

Alliance Communication Cables is cabling itself into a new warehouse in Denver. Cassidy Turleys Tyler Smith, Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez secured a 41k SF deal for the wireless infrastructure maker at 11476 E 53rd Ave, owned by DCT Industrial. Colliers Internationals Tom Stahl repped the landlord.
