Westdale Real Estate is continuing its Uptown shopping spree, purchasing CBS Radio Tower at 4131 North Central Expy from Gaedeke Group. Colliers International facilitated the sale of the 12-story, 177k SF office building.
This is the fourth property Westdale has purchased in Uptown. Other properties include 4245 North Central Expy, 3100 Monticello Ave and 3500 Oak Lawn Ave.
Gaedeke Group sold the 84% occupied asset as part of a long-term strategy to reposition its portfolio. The firm has acquired/developed over 1M SF of Class-A office product in North Texas, including Millennium Tower and One Legacy West. Gaedeke Holdings also acquired 17Seventeen McKinney, the 369k SF office tower in the Uptown/Turtle Creek submarket, at the end of September.
Colliers' Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd repped the seller, brokering with Westdale's Jeff Allen.
