Steve Jarvie Named President At E Smith Realty

E Smith Realty Partners tapped Steve Jarvie, formerly an EVP at JLL, as president. He’ll be responsible for Dallas tenant rep services and will serve on the company’s executive committee, assisting with the company's strategic direction. Steve joins the firm shortly after E Smith Realty Partners added Susan Arledge and Jeff Pappas to lead its global site selection and incentive services team. The duo was joined by Ann Harts as managing directors. Steve (pictured third from right with Doak Walker’s 1948 Heisman Trophy) has repped a broad spectrum of local and national companies accounting for more than 10M SF of leases during his career.
