Kansas City, KS-based CrossFirst Bank will open its first Texas office at Crescent Real Estate's McKinney & Olive. CrossFirst will lease the entire eighth floor of 26k SF.

Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen, a Chicago-based fast-casual concept, and Starbucks have also signed retail leases and will open in 2017. The 536k SF tower will be 92% occupied when these three tenants move in.

The $2B private bank is operating in temporary space at 2001 Ross Ave until it moves up to 60 bankers into McKinney & Olive.

Fischer Co's Steve Andrews and Sharon Friedberg repped CrossFirst Bank. Crescent Real Estate managing director John Zogg repped the landlord in-house. George Jones, the banker who founded Texas Capital Bank and Texas Capital Bancshares, will lead CrossFirst's North Texas operations.
