London Recruiting Firm Continues U.S. Expansion With New Dallas Office
This office will eventually employ more than 300 people and be the company's largest location. Beginning June 5, Frank Recruitment Group will employ 150 people to operate its Nigel Frank International brand on Ross Tower’s 24th floor.
HPI Real Estate’s Hunter Lee repped the landlord. HPI, in partnership with Second City Real Estate and Bandera Ventures, bought Ross Tower for an estimated $120M in December 2015. It is under renovation to open up ground-floor retail.
Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe from Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office and Seth Hecht in Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office repped Frank Recruitment Group. The firm looked in many cities in the South, and Dallas was the clear winner because of its Downtown walkability and energy, Baty said.
Frank Recruitment Group has offices in London, New York and Philadelphia.
