Hillwood signed three new tenants at Hillwood Commons I, the office space at Alliance Town Center.
GE Transportation will relocate from Fossil Creek to occupy 17k SF close to its manufacturing plant in AllianceTexas.
Regus, a global workplace corporation, will occupy 15k SF as a new business center. TEKsystems, an IT services company, leased 10k SF.
