GE, Regus And TEKsystems Coming To Alliance

Hillwood signed three new tenants at Hillwood Commons I, the office space at Alliance Town Center

GE Transportation will relocate from Fossil Creek to occupy 17k SF close to its manufacturing plant in AllianceTexas. 

Regus, a global workplace corporation, will occupy 15k SF as a new business center. TEKsystems, an IT services company, leased 10k SF.

Hillwood VP Reid Goetz repped Hillwood in the GE transaction, and Hillwood SVP Steve Aldrich repped the landlord in the Regus and TEKsystems deals. CBRE's Blake Lloyd repped GE, and CBRE's Mike Cleary repped Regus. Cushman & Wakefield's Dan Harris and Charles Wagandt repped TEKsystems. 

The 154k SF, Class-A office complex is more than 50% leased and located within the 18,000-acre master planned development just north of Fort Worth created by Ross Perot Jr.
