Granite Park Scores Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola's North American regional hub is getting some new office digs. The beverage giant inked a 27k SF lease at Granite Park One, the Class-A office space in Plano.

Coca-Cola kept employees' commutes in mind when looking for options along Dallas North Tollway, JLL managing director Greg Biggs said. Greg repped Coca-Cola along with JLL's Conor McCarthy, Torrey Littlejohn and Brooke Armstrong and Robert W. Farrar & Associates' Robert Farrar. Coca-Cola will consolidate 100 employees to move in by the end of the year.

Of the options that fit its size and location requirements, Coca-Cola was attracted to Granite Park because of the proximity to the 299-room Hilton Dallas and Legacy West, and other amenities such as great restaurants, Greg tells us. Signage on the building was also a big plus, Granite Properties president and COO Greg Fuller tells us.

Renovations of Granite Park's lobbies, an expansion of Granite Park One's lobby and new entrance for better park connectivity will debut this fall. The property was built in 1999

Granite was repped in-house by Aarica Mims and Robert Jimenez.
