The Arts District is on its way to a fierce 2017. In the last days of 2016, law firm Baker McKenzie inked a 50k SF lease at 1900 Pearl. The firm will relocate 65 lawyers and staff from Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Ave just a block away from 1900 Pearl.

Baker McKenzie managing partner Mike Santa Maria credited a more efficient use of space and the ability to recruit and retain talent for the relocation.

Goldman Sachs owns 1900 Pearl and Lincoln Property manages it. The law firm will occupy 50k SF and get signage on the Pearl Street side of the tower. Gensler will design the firm's interior to include more collaborative workspaces and modern, single-sized offices for attorneys.
