Jack Matthews and Mitch Paradise’s joint development company, Matthews Paradise Office Development, tapped Younger Partners to lease the remaining office space for the redevelopment of Dallas High School. The former school will be turned into a mixed-use office and restaurant property. The property, a landmark on the National Registry and the National Parks Department, will turn 110 next month.

Younger Partners principal Sean Dalton will lease the remaining office space—about 25% encompassing the top floor—in the four-story, 109k SF building on Bryan and Pearl streets just south of the Arts District Downtown. Architect Perkins+Will will anchor the office offerings with about 40% of the building. Dallas High School’s office conversion is Phase 1 of the redevelopment. Matthews Paradise is pursuing LEED Silver certification.
