Dallas is the top contender for Amazon HQ2, according to the Wall Street Journal. The analysis indicates that Dallas’ combination of low cost of living, favorable tax structure and tech labor force make it the best overall pick for HQ2.

Boston came in at No. 2; D.C. and Atlanta tied for the third spot. Other cities, like Austin and Minneapolis, have great individual characteristics that surpass Dallas’ corresponding characteristics but no other city has as many characteristics that register as highly favorable in the WSJ’s report.
