This morningwe talked to Virgin Hotels CEORaul Leal(snappedtodayat the NYU hotel conference) who broke the news they'll do a $200M 300-key hotel in the red hotNoMadarea of NY at 29th and Broadway, to deliver in mid-'16. Their first ever hotel is under construction inChicago, to open mid-'14. They hope to announce locations in Dallas and SFin a couple of months. And he says they are actively scouting locations inLA and DC.
